Selecta Bio: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (25 hr/week)
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a friendly disposition, good interpersonal skills, and administrative experience:
- Answer phones, great and direct guest
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
- Provide administrative support
- File/Scan documents
- Assist in Purchasing and Accounts Payable clerical functions
- Perform other duties as necessaryEducation Requirements
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, team player with a commitment to quality, and attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work productively. The candidate should possess strong computer skills with knowledge of Micro Soft Office product s (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Experience

Associate’s degree/High School, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
Previous administrative experience is desired.
